As we age, we tend to end up seeing more of the medical establishment.
For example, my Doctor referred me to a female urologist. I saw her yesterday and she is gorgeous. She's beautiful and unbelievably sexy.
She told me that I have to stop masturbating.

BTW - in my old age I learned for a truly perfect awakening, put the coffee machine in the bathroom when you take a shower. Something about a nice shower with the smell of brewing coffee totally wakes you up and makes you want to kick ass.
