What are your goals for 2008, both personal and for your car?

As the year comes quickly to a close, what are your goals for 2008, both personal and for your car?

Mine are meeting quality guys with potential/character, cook healthy/save money and eat at home 4x week, lose 15lb and go to the gym 3-4x weekly, complete 3 MBA classes, get promoted, pay off all debt except house and car, and max out 401K/Roth IRA/build cash reserve.

My car goals include mastering the manual transmission, more autocross, at least one HPDE, and learning how to fully detail my car.

This year, I resolve to:

- I will do less laundry and use more deodorant.
- I will balance my check book (on my nose).
- Take up some worthwhile new habit, like smoking - it helps keep tobacco workers in jobs.
- Learn what the hell "resolution" means.

OK, since yours were for 2008, I guess I better have a few for 2009.

1. Become proficient with SMG.
2. Continue my Spanish (with Commencer's valuable assistance) and become conversant.
3. Spend more time with Ms Boss.
4. Help make next October's ToD the best ever!

Let's see, in 08 my goals were to work my arse off day and knight, and be fairly compensated with a nice merit increase and mgt incentive compensation(ie bonus!)

Well I worked my arse off knight and day, but the market melted and so did my raise and bonus. :(((

So in 09, ill again have to work my arse off day and knight, knowing I got no raise or bonus for the unimaginable workload I carry, and probably won't again for the new year, and just take it cause I still have a job!!!

I hate 09 already!!!!

For the car: make sure the Individual Kangaroo "Leather" gets looked after well, and master SMG III. (I don't do mods.)
