I've been fighting a reseller for what feels like weeks to process an order and send it to GeoTrust so it could be approved. The process only takes about 15-30 minutes once it hits GeoTrust however the order was stuck at the reseller and not releasing the information to them which was holding the process up for a long time.

So they finally released the order to GeoTrust today and to my dismay the order was flagged for manual review which takes up to 24 hours. So I got a GeoTrust agent on the live help line and this was the dialog, in the order it was typed. Granted when I was typing my face was red with frustration.


Joseph : Hello, my name is Joe. How may I assist you?
Joseph : Don't worry, I can clear it.
Jonathan : Is there any way to expedite?
Jonathan : lol
Jonathan : you're good
Joseph : Hold on a moment, please.
Joseph : Order XXXXXXX cleared and sent.
Jonathan : thanks - that's great news


So Joseph, thanks again for taking care of it and not making me call Bear on you. :thumb:

Anyone else have an exemplary experience with any customer service?
