Just saw my first 650 hustling down Tverskaya (main drag where my flat is). Saw a few X6's, and many Bentley GT's, the oligarch ride of choice.
Preferring to stay under the radar--my FREE OSSETIA T-shirt was a bad idea--I cleverly chose a driver with a Lada. The windows wind in the wrong direction, but it has nifty afermarket auto door-locks. My driver claims it's a more likely target for theives than the Bentleys, whose drivers generally arrive heavy. He prizes the fact that it's the only car he could buy with a carburator.
Hummers are VERY popular here. The Hummer dealership is even larger than the Bentley dealership, but has less cars on the lot.
Oh, it sounds like my driver just arrived...

Is this your first time in Moscow?
I can understand all the large SUVs there, the weather sux and the roads are worse, but how do people drive the bentleys and other exotics is beyond me :bang:

I wear all black here so as to blend in with up-scale locals. It must be working cuz everyone I meet starts talking to me in Russian at a mile a minute. I smile politely before getting into my Lada:race:

Depends on where you are. Bananas are 5 cents each in Costa Rica.

Actually not even available right now due to government ban of black caviar prompted by over-fishing of sturgeon. Cheaper red caviar (from asia I believe) is available. Had some last night at a nice Ukrainian restaurant.
