I know most members that have attended either past ToD/SESF events or the 1st Anniversary Las Vegas GTG have or are using the KotR window stickies.
Considering the site has undergone some evolution since the "Knights of the Roundel" days, it occured to me that we might need new window stickies that represents who we are now and will be in the future.
What do the members think about it? Do we need new stickies?
If you ask President elect John S. McCain, this would be consider PORK BARREL spending...
Oh, less we forget the Vice President elect... What's her name again?
The answer from these two would be no.
If you ask President elect Barack H. Obama, this would be considered a necessity...
And the support from Vice President elect, Joseph Biden, he would second that order.
The answer from these two will be a resounding yes.
What do I say? Yes.

In the first case, they would say no - funding for them should come from private sources. Nice 3 color stickies would be available for a nominal fee in a few months.
In the second case, they would say yes - each member will be taxed $5 for them, regardless if they want one or not. After retaining 50% of the collected amount, 10 years of environmental impact studies, OSHA studies, and confirming DOT compliance, a small black and white stickie would be available...providing you could pass the means test that proves you need one, forgetting the fact that you were taxed for it some years earlier.

Special Interest* + Drill baby Drill = 100 years of windfall profits to YOU KNOW WHO, at the expense of the Middle Class (Those that make 4.9 Million or less).:greenlaff:
"These people ought to be ashame of themselves"
P.S. Oh, they tax you too, whether you like it or not.

I think I do.
No you don't.
Boxy, getting back on topic, how many members need to "sign up" for new stickies to justify the expense or production?

My question was more of a "Should we" rather than a "we will."
So, should we? I'm thinking long term here. I think the KotR stickies, although dear to me, are obsolete.

I have no plans of changing the name of the site, and I bought the name for 10 years...if that helps at all in your decision.
What is the cost to print up a "modest batch" of the stickers?
