i do all of the ground work for the very busy Bloviating Gas Bag, now for a retainer in advance, I may be able to get you a call back

as for the issue, the story just doesnt sound right though, and it is on a site that we do not support.....i wouldnt understand why an attorney would need additional support in such a claim though, if he is the dispute resolver his profile notes him as

Sounds pretty fishy to me. Imagine -- a $115,000 500 HP car just lurching around on its own in a parking lot and crashing into things. :shake: And then causing more damage than you'd expect in a 7 MPH collision. :jackit:

Sounds like someone who doesn't want to accept responsibility. The USC grad part makes it a little more understandable. And the fact he is a cum laude graduate of Whittier College of Law :runhappy: makes it even more so. (Any questions -- :google: ) What I want to know is why he isn't a named partner in his law firm? There are 7 names on the door! So is he #8? If he's driving an M6 rattlebox you'd think he'd have the juice to get his name up there.

Have you gotten the retainer yet? What's my share?

:greenlaff: You should know, with all those "Pilgrims" invading Sydney's shores at the moment:greenlaff:

What's a DUX anyway? Is it Duck?

Over here it's a modern title given to the top student in academic and sporting for their school.

Yes, I think you are right. I saw BeeWanker called me last night. Since I wasn't available -- he likes to call at dinnertime and leaves no messages -- I didn't talk to him.

I also wonder if he didn't make up the whole thing. I doubt that a lawyer would post something so embarassing. Worse than the little surge of acceleration we once hounded Nevervana about. Imagine, an M6 that speeds up in parking garages and lurches into cement columns, tearing its flimsy front end apart to the delight of body shops everywhere. I smell a lawsuit there. BMW certainly hasn't warned about that one yet.

BeeWanker. If you call leave a message -- so I can post it on You Tube or at least You Babble.

BTW. the broken suspension (apparently causing all the trouble) is not included in that estimate, right?

Someone named PumpkinBimmer has posted a rather "salty" reply to the hapless M6 owner on the cult site. I'd link to it but I've been banned there.
