I say Vegas. If you guys say Vegas, I'm so there! Let's do Vegas again. Vegas is good. Yeah... Vegas.
Or San Fran... or San Diego... somewhere driving distance, but don't say Fresno or Sac-town or Oakland unless you guys want to donate your ride to the local population... at gunpoint.

Hi Will69, you're back! Nice to see you old buddy! You want a location? My friends all live at some nice classy place called Burbank (California). Hold it there.
Lord Insidious! I haven't been around due to work killing me and other great hits in life. Yep, the hits just keep on coming... my retirement plan (lotto) hasn't worked so far and I'm bleeding money everyday.
But enough about me... yeah, Burbank, nice. If you guys go to Burbank, I have a buddy on the police department that will make sure to take extra care to investigate our collective carjackings... if we're still alive to give statements, that is.

That's an oxymoron. Burbank is the soon to be Glendale. :puke:
Don't talk about the valley unless you've been there. Makes me shutter.

I would interject Sand Diego as a possible destination for next year.
I've never been there.
How's its weather May or June?

SD has just about the most perfect weather 24/7 ANYWHERE in the world.

Isn't that pretty close to Palm Springs? I was last in PS in April and it was pushing 100...too dang hot for me!

God no, Palm Springs is an oven.

San Diego is not close to Palm Springs. Maybe 2 hours through some of the worst areas down the 215 freeway.
San Diego in summer is pretty good but more humid than LA due to its proxmity to the ocean. It doesn't get crazy hot though like LA.
I still vote for Vegas since there's more to do and you don't have to go outside during the day to have fun.

San Diego is a great place. One of my favorite restaurants is there - The Garlic Restaurant. Great Mexican and Greek food as well. Great Margaritas as well. Weather, as already mentioned, is near perfect year round.
I used to spend a lot of time there with my ASW customer, plus my ships used to pull in there. Just had to visit each time.:greenlaff:

San Diego's gas lamp district is great for food. I love the Baja Lobster and the Bucket o' Seafood that they have. Crack open a few Coronas with lime, oh man... life don't get much better... except for driving a bimmer 6, that is.
