Mal, you are correct. The neighbor's wife (across and down one house with the white fence) has two hosses. The sailboat (you can see part of it in one picture) is his passion. He took a couple of years off and they sailed around the world a few years back. :scared:

There are a lot, but we've been planting hardwoods. We lost 12 a few years ago in a massive ice storm. I think there were something like 57 trees on our short street lost during that storm.

The engine bay is typical BMW: tidy, clean, and neat.
