Hi all

Returning the car to my dealer in a couple of days to get the iPod connector finally installed and take care of some other minor issues while I am off to Italy.

Just wondering which models are compatible as I still have an iPod Mini lying around that I do not use... Just wanted to check whether it is compatible (I suppose but I am not sure)... Would love to have the USB interface but there is still no retrofit kit available and I do not want to wait any longer messing around with ancient CD's...

This is supposed to be the tested and approved list. Plus a little more info.

How well does the new USB/aux/iPod adapter work compared to the previous iPod adapter? Specifically:
1. Does it allow you to search the whole directory structure of your device, or do you still have a limit?
2. Does it allow you to use ALL the modes available on your iPod (such as "Random Album" mode)?
3. Does it still sometimes change back and forth between "Random All" and sequential modes by itself?
4. What play modes are available using a USB flash drive?

Cobradev,

Any word on when the 6FL option WILL be available for retrofit - if ever?
