well guys i just got back to Freaking New jersey... it's humid it rained i'm sweating like a pig...
Mal it was nice talking with ya.. i couldn't meet up as i had to work this weekend till 1pm (4 eastern). I will defiantly be coming out again soon.
A few things i noticed... people are VERY nice out here... and i COULD NOT believe cars stop for pedestrians!!!! this is the first time in my life seeing this!
All in all.. I loved it and will be out there again very soon and often.
Also no humidity compared to us!! 90-100 deg is nothing with no humidity! This jersey humidity causes heart murmur's because the air is think and you instantly sweat!!
But the only thing i'm sorry to say... the water in Jersey is MUCH cleaner.. what the heck are those fluorescent yellow bubbles? and long streaks of chemical rainbows here and there.
Maybee i'll do the BMW factory trailer hitch add on and move out.
Damn you guys!! I'm jealous.

Yup!
Give us a bit of notice, and I am sure we can get something together!
What are you doing in Jersey? Sweating. What are we doing on the left coast? Luxuriating in the wafting ocean breezes of another temperate summer day. :palm:
It's not that bad in New Jersey! We have AC, don't you Destro?

Of COURSE you have AC silly. You are in Joisey, and so is AC (Atlantic City...;-0)
Funny comment, "I have never been to Atlantic City" but "I have been to Las Vegas." I guess maybe I should ask, what am I doing in New Jersey. 8-)

That USED to be true, unfortunately, my neighborhood is just as snooty as many typical Orange County neighborhoods. I guess It's time to start looking for something else.

Ah, New Jersery. One of these days I'll have to tell ya'll about my living in a 3-story, 18,000 + sq ft log cabin, on a 37 acre for profit, private ZOO just east of Gbelton (east of the turnpike). If memory serves, it bordered one of the hyphenated Jacksonville roads north of Mt. Holly. I did a house share with a guy, recently divorced, while I was working at my then corporate HQ during the early ‘90s.
In the house were full sized trophies of a Giraffe, gorilla, and rhino. Very interesting situation.
