License Plate bulbs

I posted this back at bimmerfest but got no replies, which is when i finally realized that everyone moved over here.

Do you know what the bulb size is for the 6 series? Is this the same compared to e46 or e60?

also, how do i change them? I looked under and I have no idea how to access the bulbs..

Ya im looking into buying led license plate bulbs for my car, but all the vendors carry it for the e46 and e60 and i dont know if they will fit my car. I emailed some of them and their reply was "we are not sure, but if you order and it does not fit we will fully refund you + shipping"...but why risk the hassle right? lol

anyways, if anyone has any info of the bulbs let me know
