The Imported car Store in Melbourne Florida is my dealer. We had a little issue with parts and I had asked my dealer in a very polite letter to try to resolve the issue. Apparently within minutes of receiving my letter the Service Manager was on the phone with me suggesting a resolution by sending the SA to my house to make the repairs. We established a date/time and right on time the SA shows up at my house and makes the repair. He was very knowledgeable about 6ers, BMW brand in general, prefessional, courteous, friendly, and got right to the job with a smile on his face. After he finished we had a grand chat about the cars, their owners and both sides of the fence. I was very pleased with the approach my dealer took and it was all their idea. Did they mess up in the first place, yes. But this corrective action by far overcame any issue whit that and shows what a good customer oriented business can do to keep their customers happy AND coming back. Helps keep my Freude am Fahren!!!!
I sent another letter telling the service manager he had satisfied me and how his SA had performed. On my next visit there the SA went over to a bulletin board and showed me my letter posted up for all to see.
This dealer is pretty small but they have done all they could everytime to make things right
