So far, I have had great luck with Long Beach :bmw: , and service advisor Anthony Moore. I didn't buy my 6er there, but they still give me a loaner car when I go there for service. :race:
I stopped by there one day to ask about buying a qt. of the special oil to keep in my trunk in case I ever needed it and was not near a dealership. The parts guy (Craig- VERY nice) just gave me a qt. for free :bravo: , and told me that anytime it looks low, to stop by and they will top it off for free.
Overall, the place is clean, friendly and they have a nice coffee bar. They also have free local shuttle service.
