After about 15 tries I got it to work.

That thing is very finicky. If you do a "keystroke" extra, it wont accept the pin. Like if you add a number wrong and delete it before submitting, or if you backpeddle a step and redo something ... it wont take the pin even if its correct and you have to start all over by turning off bluetooth completely and redoing it all.

Sorry, I should have chimed in with a tip. It took me 5 tries. On #4 I discovered it seemed to be a time out issue so on the 5th try I walked through all the steps as fast as possible and presto it worked!!!

Are any of you guys synching your iPhone using the BMW Bluetooth Upgrade Module for CPT9000 Phone?

I'm curious b/c my BMW has the cradle but not B/T and I'm inclined to buy this module ... if it will work with a broader universe of phones than those "tested" and "approved" and advertised with the module.

Thanks for any feedback -- I don't have an iPhone yet but may get one or a BB Pearl in the near term.
