I added a "Group" titled "Documents" to the allowed attachments list. This includes all MS Project files plus Adobe and some others I do not recognize (might be Wordperfect). No other list or group seemed to be appropriate with the exception of Real Audio or MP3. I chose not to include yet since we already have possible space issue. After that gets sorted we can revisit the issue. I tested with a pdf file (happened to be 97kb) so I was surprised it did not get the error message we have been getting. No time to test more as wx is poor and loosing or greatly reduced thoughput now.

Dave,
Thanks for spending time on this. I know how frustrating it can be, but at this rate, we are gonna' have one of the best car enthusiast sites out there!

I still see it, but the text of your Sig seems to have vanished.
Oh, one more thing guys...
When I receive the private message email it always says, "PM from BHR4CE1". Can we change this to identify the real PM sender?

Board software only allows a single email address. The one you now see is our KOTR email address rather one of the individuals' email addy (sure would hate it to say from cobradav...)
Who it's from, of course, is in the text of the message.
Sorry, can't do better than that

Is it missing in every forum or only certain ones?

All I think. Well all I've tried. For example, I can't post an attachement in the "Other Rides" thread?
Any ideas? It let me the other day. Is it a Firefox issue maybe. I'll try MS IE.

That just should not be as all registered users are treated alike. So on the list at the bottom when yuo enter a forum you get this:
You can post new topics in this forum
You can reply to topics in this forum
You can edit your posts in this forum
You cannot delete your posts in this forum
You cannot post attachments in this forum
??
It may be the browser connected. I'll have to look over on pcpBB and see if they have any ideas.
But you DID have it for awhile?

Dave and Kev, I had issues with posting pics, although slightly different. I cleared the board cookies as well as those on my machine and all was well. Admin said that shouldn't happen and was checking on it. Kev might try the same. :dunno:
