So people start talking. Lets see ... what can I say here ... okay first off - Mal - I found out ... this bug :

Happens when the post page takes awhile to load.
The post page includes icons --------> to the right of it ... the animated ones take way longer to load.
So it would speed up the page load time and it would reduce occurances of this bug if you removed the animated icons from the post page. There's a checkbox in the admin to "include smilie on post page" or something like that. Uncheck it for the animated ones.
People will have to click "View more smilies" to see them but it will speed up the posting process. That is, if it matters. No big deal either way!

Probably on a board start up (as you would know better than the rest of us) we will see more stuff about the board than our cars :grin:
But I have noticed my starts are a little slow - I only have Satellite Internet at about 1 mb download speed. Hard to believe I live next to the space center :bang:

I officially reported it to the forum creators and they replied "Known issue, but wont be fixed".
Simple solution - Mal - move the animated smilies off of the posting page and onto the "view more smilies" page.
Simple fix. Get vBulletin, or if you want free phpBB v2.x works great also. ;)
