Cobradav has suggested we ask for a copy of the Measures Plan and Final Report when having service - more specifically, when a software upgrade is done. I asked for these during my recent visit...and got a bonus as well. The terminal the tech uses to diagnose problems has the ability to print a hardcopy of the screen. My SA included copies of the screen shots during diagnosis of my "Drive Control Sys" error. Very interesting. I can see which sensors stored faults and what the specific fault was as well as speed when the fault occured, milage when it occured, etc. Our cars are computers on wheels! It would be worth your while to request hardcopies of the terminal screens as well as the MP and FR. I'd like to post a pdf of these, but....
