All 50 of the United States have lemon law protections for new car buyers (and some have somewhat watered down protections for buyers of used cars). In California, and many other states, the Lemon Laws provide 3 strikes to a manufacturer (who you have to get involved in the warranty-repair process) before a car is subject to being bought back (or a lease being unwound). The problem or problems have to affect safety or value. "Value" is a value-loaded term.
The best way to find out about your state's Lemon Law is to do a Boolean search on Google. Put in "Lemon Law" (in quotes) and then your state name.
If you have more specific questions or issues, please ask them in this forum.
I know a little about Lemon Laws, with emphasis on little, but I know how to find the answers.
