Maybe we can get some action going if someone will tell us about the new iPhone interactivity with BMW's Bluetooth and phone profiles, and the new designs for MY 2008 for the 650i. Starting separate threads for each would be good.

Cobradav, Bear, Never and I have been busy for the last few days and we've missed out on the news. Please fill us in.

Also from what I hear the new IPhone works flawlessly with the E63 and the Internet rocks on that phone... :woot:

I am going to be getting an IPhone in the next few weeks as soon as I confirm that my updated '05 works with it, so I will do a full review, then WHEN/IF I get the new M or just a new 650 which is also a possibility I will move it over to that car.

Someone like Cobradav or Nevervana will probably have one quicker.... :agree:

I too will possess the iPhone, but not just yet. There are a few things absent from it that I bet will be in ver.2.

I have heard great things about the new Apple offering, and it is doing WONDERS for my stock! Nevertheless, there are lots of rumors going around pertaining to SHORT battery life when BT is on all the time. I guess we'll have to wait and see how true that is.

I must be in the minority when it comes to cell phones. I really don't care how well it takes PICS, surfs the net, plays music, sends out a beacon, etc. I just want the PHONE part of the PHONE to actually WORK, and work WELL! Is that so wrong????

My current phone (Black Razr, bought when they first came out for $399.00 OUCH) is by far the best PHONE I have ever owned. The calls go through and sound great, the battery lasts for eons, I get great coverage with AT&T (Cingular) and it is resilient enough to be slid in and out of my pocket about 100 times a day devoid of a single scratch anywhere on the phone!

So, I am eager to hear about all of your experiences with this new phone. It looks to be quite a fashionable gadget
